If you, your school, business or organization want to have a gathering, rent one of our community shelters. They are reasonably priced and we have six shelters in several great locations. We also have a beautiful gazebo at Harmon Park that is reserved regularly for special events and weddings. It can be as simple as picking up the phone. Our rental season runs from March through November each year. Reserve your shelter by calling (336) 996-3062. The reservation office is normally staffed Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m or you can register online here. If no one is available when you call, please leave a detailed message and someone will call you back as soon as possible. Please leave your name, date, facility of interest, and a return phone number. Without a reservation, all of our shelters are open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis year round.
