The Town of Kernersville is dedicated to ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the citizens of the Town. This mission is accomplished by managing the Town's resources efficiently and effectively for the best provision of guidance and services.
The Board of Aldermen are required by North Carolina General Statutes to approve an annual operating Budget for the Town prior to June 30th each year. This Budget also sets the annual tax rate and other fees citizens are charged for Town services. (see rates below).
