The
weather couldn't have been better, the park was beautiful
and the crowds came. This was the first year that Brady
Mullinax turned his bees over to an apprentice but still made
an appearance with his lovely wife, Mary. There were
bands, food, crafts, vendors, plenty of children's activities,
and free give-aways. Of course, it wouldn't have been
the same without our spectacular sponsor, CHICK-FIL-A of Kernersville.
We would also like to thank all of the volunteers that helped
and the vendors for being so patient. If you missed
out on the Honeybee Festival this year, don't worry.
It's the third Saturday in September EVERY
YEAR. We'll look for you in 2008!
